An Invitation to the reading of ‘Scapegoats’

We have received the following email, which may be of interest:

This is the first public rehearsed reading of Act One of the new play Scapegoats by Deborah Freeman. It is inspired by The Scapegoat, a painting by William Holman Hunt, the pre-Raphaelite artist and Victorian Christian Zionist.

The event is supported by Manchester Art Gallery and Mapalim. The first part of the event will include a talk given by Mira Meshulam, who lives in the house in Jerusalem that was built and lived in by Hunt.

The first reading will take place at Manchester Art Gallery on Saturday 13th
March at 2pm, and the second one at Mapalim parlour space in London on Monday 15th March at 7:30pm.

Please RSVP to info@tik-sho-ret.co.uk if you would like to attend the London event.
