Query re permissions

The PRS have had the following query, and I wondered if anyone could help with this:

I am writing to check if you may have any suggestions re useful contacts to approach with regard to the below image/ permissions which I am trying to source for a publication by the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art and Yale University Press, UK entitled The New Painting of the 1860s by Allen Staley. I have included any information I have on the works and the leads I have followed  up so far (I have obviously looked into all the obvious image suppliers such as Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Bridgeman, Sotheby’s, Christie’s etc)

Burne-Jones The Graham Piano, 1879-80, Private Collection   Exhibited at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery 17 October 1998-January 17, 1999, have emailed Birmingham Museum – waiting to hear back

Rossetti La Belle Dame sans Merci, 1855, watercolour, 14 ¾ x 6 ¾ in  Queen’s Gardens: The Myth of Florence in the Pre-Raphaelite Milieu And In American Culture /(Uffizi Gallery, 2004) – emailed the editor of the catalogue – waiting to hear back. It is supposed to be in the collection of Lilian Murray (see http://www.rossettiarchive.org/docs/s76.rap.html) emailed Rossetti archive who wrote back saying they couldn’t help and that they had not been successful in contacting Lilian Murray in the past

Rossetti Monna Rosa, 1867, oil on canvas, 27 x 21 in. Emailed authors Christopher Newall and Julian Treuherz – no response

Leighton Pan, 1855-6, oil on canvas, 60 x 24 1/2 in. used to be on loan to Leighton House but isn’t anymore (contacted Leighton House who couldn’t help). Also contacted Sotheby’s because it was sold there (London , 25 Nov. 1987) but they couldn’t help

Simeon Solomon Frederick Hollyer photographic print after Simeon Solomon Love Bound and Wounded, 1868, drawing exhibited at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, 1 Oct 2005 – 15 January 2006. have emailed Birmingham Museum – waiting to hear back
